We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and exceptional guest experiences. With high energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, leading a team of dedicated staff to maintain a pristine environment.

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment.

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
