Front Desk Receptionist

Starting Wage: $20.28/hr – $22.33/hr

Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

4 Days per week

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will answer and monitor phone lines, greet the public, prospective residents, and families professionally and courteously, provide services to residents such as scheduling transportation requests, guest room reservations, and life enrichment or dining sign‑ups, monitor medical alert systems and follow protocol to respond, and act as a first responder in case of emergencies. Duties include escorting emergency personnel, covering the interior and exterior grounds of our campus, prolonged walking and standing, and operating company vans, trucks, and golf carts as needed.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Has an outgoing, warm, friendly personality
  • Is at least 18 years of age (required)
  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Has a valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
  • Desires to work in an environment with older adults
  • Has the ability and desire to act as a first responder
  • Has a sincere interest in making visitors, residents and staff feel welcome and listened to
  • Has the ability to work in a high‑traffic area where interruptions are a major part of the job duties
  • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to get along with co‑workers, demonstrate integrity, and express a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
