Concierge

Concierge coordinators are responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the daily operations of a hotel or residential building They assist guests with their needs handle inquiries and complaints and coordinate services such as transportation reservations and event planning The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with check-incheck-out process
• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate services such as transportation dining reservations and event planning
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
• Ensure all areas are clean and presentable for guests at all times
• Train and supervise other concierge staff members
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Must be willing to work evenings weekends and holidays if required
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Salary $1700month may vary based on experience
