Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness;
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging with them to solve their needs;
Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience;
Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed;
Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
