We’re hiring a Team Member Relations Manager to help strengthen workplace culture, accountability, and trust across our organization.

Role Description

This role provides strategic leadership on employee relations matters, leads workplace investigations, facilitates conflict resolution, and partners with leaders to ensure fair and consistent application of policy. The position also analyzes trends, supports culture initiatives, and advises senior leadership on complex employee relations issues.

Key areas of focus include:
  • Leading investigations and Internal Review Board hearings
  • Coaching leaders on performance management and corrective action
  • Ensuring compliance with Tribal Code, gaming regulations, and employment law
  • Identifying systemic trends and recommending preventive strategies
  • Supervising and developing a Team Member Relations Specialist
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience with strong employee relations focus
  • Prior experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex cases
  • Management or senior-level employee relations experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance practices
  • SHRM or HRCI certification strongly preferred
