We are looking for a dynamic, organized self‑starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) as a Human Resources Manager at our Spokane, WA facility. In this role you will implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, provide guidance on HR policies and practices, foster employee engagement, and support the business through data‑driven recommendations.

• Collaborating with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Leading the people strategy for the facility and fostering a culture of teamwork.
• Aligning HR policies and programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Acting as a trusted coach, providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR‑related matters including performance management, compensation, benefits, etc.
• Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and developing data‑driven recommendations for senior management.

• HR experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Influencing – knowledge of effective influencing tactics and ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
• Leadership – knowledge of leadership practices and ability to enlist others in achieving objectives.
• Organization – understanding of the organization’s vision, structure, culture, and values to align capabilities with business goals.
• Employee Relations – knowledge of rights and obligations and ability to adhere to legal requirements.
• Talent Management – ability to attract, recruit, retain, identify and develop talent needed for short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking – ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Business Acumen – ability to apply business concepts, tools and processes to diverse situations.
• Work Schedule Flexibility – ability to flex schedule both early and late as necessary to support multi‑shift operation.

  Spokane, WA office – required onsite, five days a week.
