HR Generalist

Description

Robert Half is seeking an HR Generalist to join an expanding company in the Spokane area. This position will support a broad range of human resources responsibilities and act as a key resource for both employees and leadership.

The right candidate will enjoy fostering relationships, enhancing processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Pay: $30-$36/hr depending on experience

Job Duties

- Support employee relations efforts and respond to employee inquiries.

- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.

- Maintain employee files, HR records, and confidential documentation.

- Assist with benefits administration and leave of absence processes.

- Support recruiting initiatives, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

- Collaborate with managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee support needs.

Requirements

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or comparable role.

- Solid understanding of employment practices, HR procedures, and compliance standards.

- Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

- Able to manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.
