As our next Human Resources Generalist
, you’ll be a key partner to plant leadership and employees, helping build a strong workplace culture while supporting essential HR functions. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact across employee engagement, talent management, training, and community involvement.
- Support all HR functions, including Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment
- Assist with staffing:
recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding - Develop and coordinate employee relations programs and plant activities
- Administer HR policies while providing guidance and decision-making support
- Deliver employee communications with professionalism and confidentiality
- Administer benefits and support employee inquiries
- Engage in community activities to help build a positive local presence.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 1 year of related HR experience
- Strong organization and time management
- Experience with ADP or KRONOS is a PLUS.
