- Partner with field HR and the assigned attorney on contract negotiations, contract administration, and strike planning
- Serve as a strategic thought partner for local HR and core leaders on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments
- Serve as a strategic labor consultant to local HR and core leaders experiencing labor organizing activity
- Facilitate and recommend best-practice approaches to labor and caregiver relations
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
- Recommend workplace environment improvements
- Provide expert advice on regulatory and agency requirements and federal and state employment laws
- 8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or related role
- Consulting experience
- Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience
- Advanced experience in labor relations
Demonstrates extensive expertise in labor relations, contract negotiations, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. Proven ability to partner with HR and leadership to implement strategic business initiatives in complex labor environments.
