Ignitium is seeking a Client Support Specialist I to support the delivery of world‑class paid media programs for clients across Linked In, Google, Facebook, You Tube, Bing, and ABM platforms such as Demandbase and 6sense. WhatYou'll Do
As a Client Support Specialist I, you’ll partner with Account Management Teams to execute high‑performing campaigns and ensure smooth campaign delivery from setup to reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Linked In, Google Ads, Facebook, Display, Bing, Demandbase, and 6sense
- Build and maintain targeted contact and account lists for campaign segmentation
- Collaborate on ad copy and creative optimization
- Troubleshoot technical and data flow issues between adtech and martech systems
- Maintain strong familiarity with industry standards and digital best practices
- Prepare campaign reports and dashboards that reflect ABX performance and impact
- Support cross‑functional projects and client operations with a bias for action
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and digital advertising (Google paid search experience is preferred)
- BA/BS in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field
- Strong analytical, technical, and creative problem‑solving skills
- Comfort with fast‑paced environments, shifting priorities, and team collaboration
- Project management skills and a deadline‑driven mindset
- High attention to detail and a proactive, curious attitude
- Interest in learning and applying AI tools and automation
- Work in‑person at our modern Spokane office with panoramic views and a stocked kitchen.
