Job Description
The IT Support Analyst provides technical support and assistance to users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems, configuring and maintaining IT systems, and ensuring data security. The IT Support Analyst also educates users on best practices and new technologies, documents procedures, and collaborates with other IT professionals to enhance system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities- Providing User Support:
Assisting users with technical issues, both hardware and software. - Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and resolving technical problems, including network issues. - System Maintenance:
Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware. - Security Management:
Ensuring system and data security through antivirus and encryption. - Performance Monitoring:
Keeping an eye on system performance and addressing any issues. - Backup and Recovery:
Managing system backups and recovery plans. - Documentation:
Documenting procedures, operations, and issues for future reference. - Testing New Technology:
Evaluating new technology for potential implementation. - Communication:
Explaining technical details to non-technical staff or clients.
- Junior or Senior studying Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Data Analytics required.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems required.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques and tools required.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities required.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills required.

ShiftMonday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
