• Oversee and manage our Okta environment, including user lifecycle management, application integrations (SAML, OIDC, SCIM), and policy configuration.
• Enforce IT security best practices, including multi‑factor authentication (MFA) and role‑based access control (RBAC).
• Monitor suspicious activities, utilize geo‑fencing, manage Okta Identity Governance (OIG), maintain audit logs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Configure Okta workflows to automate processes.
• Enhance internal IT processes, identify automation opportunities, and manage initiatives from concept to execution.
• Manage and support company‑wide SaaS tools, including Slack, Atlassian, Google Workspace, and others.
• Implement and maintain an email security tool such as Proofpoint or CheckPoint.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet business needs, implement new applications, and enhance our overall IT posture.

• Demonstrated experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar position.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Okta administration.
• Okta certification (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM platforms.
• Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero‑trust security models.
• Experience with IT automation and scripting languages (Bash, Power Shell, Python).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Strong understanding of IT compliance and data‑privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC 2, Compliance).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Team player and customer‑centric.

• Experience with multi‑cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Preferred IT certifications (Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, CompTIA Network+).
• Experience with AI and automation.
• Deployment of Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Linux.
• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
