OverviewSeeking an experienced IT professional to provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and support day‑to‑day technology operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support end users across devices, applications, and business systems
- Manage support requests and resolve technical problems
- Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and equipment setup
- Maintain documentation, inventory records, and support processes
- Provide guidance on technical issues and best practices
- 3+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Experience supporting business applications and technology environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience with enterprise systems, user administration, or cloud technologies
- Technical certifications or equivalent experience
- Occasional travel may be required
- Participation in an on-call rotation as needed
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
