Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain project artifacts in Jira.
- Coordinate with developers, architects, and external vendors to manage scope, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicate progress, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
- Implement IT service management best practices to support post‑implementation operations and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing complex IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with Jira or similar project‑tracking tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL or equivalent).
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
