The IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to computer systems hardware and software. They will troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintain systems, and train users. • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and fixes.
• Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Train users on new systems or software as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technology or upgrades.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems hardware and software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: $1,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
