Are you passionate about data, analytics, and collaborating with top talent to tackle complex problems? We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to join our Advance AI Agent Product Analytics Team. As a mid‑level individual contributor, you will partner with product managers and focus on user experience optimization through GenAI‑driven personalization. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, bring scientific rigor, and support key business decisions across the product development lifecycle for millions of Expedia customers.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover actionable insights that drive product and business decisions.
• Design, develop, and implement analytical models, leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques appropriate to business needs.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define and measure success metrics, and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Build, validate, and optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure high‑quality, scalable analytics solutions.
• Apply advanced data visualization methods to present results clearly and effectively for a wide audience.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve outcomes, demonstrating familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real‑world products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing large data sets and applying statistical methods to solve business problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (such as Python or R) for data analysis.
• Ability to communicate insights, methodologies, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.

• Experience designing and implementing scalable analytics and data solutions in a cloud environment.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage advanced machine learning or AI/ML techniques to generate business impact.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and best practices for effective storytelling with data.
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to translate data insights into action.
• Experience safely integrating and operating AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve outcomes, including developing or deploying AI‑driven analytics workflows.

Compensation:
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $ to $. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
