Best Buy in Spokane is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support, knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices. You’ll receive the training and resources to assess customer needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.
In this role you’ll help customers with check-in and checkout, diagnose issues by asking questions, assist with device set-ups and help decide whether to repair or replace.
