Job Overview
Senior Data Analyst – Debit Analytics ponsible for transforming member experience insights through definition, analysis, reporting, and experimentation on debit products.
Location RequirementsMust be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Washington residents traveling to HQ from a reasonable distance required to work in office Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Candidates outside commute distance or in approved remote locations may work remotely.
Pay RangeTarget: $ – $;
Full: $82,900.00 – $ annually.

- Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects supporting divisional and enterprise initiatives.
- Identify opportunities through data analysis, research, and business knowledge.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive cost reduction, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and member experience enhancement.
- Own debit analytics ecosystem: redesign and modernize reporting capabilities.
- Transform complex data into actionable business intelligence for product innovation and strategic planning.
- Create scalable executive‑level dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Translate analyses into clear recommendations via visualizations, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Guide A/B testing processes: design, metric selection, evaluation, and interpretation.
- Continuously refine KPIs, reporting methodologies, and measurement practices.
- Develop reusable transformation logic and scalable datasets using Snowflake and modern cloud technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve data performance, optimize workflows, and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Mentor and coach fellow analysts; promote best‑practice development and documentation standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional teams and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx).
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI visualizations.
- Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud data environments.
- Strong knowledge of KPI development, performance measurement, and applied analytics.
- Project management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree preferred.
