As a User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees for a variety of software and hardware issues. • Provide technical support to employees for software and hardware issues, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new software or hardware systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to our employees.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common business applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Customer service-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
