This is a full-time, on-site role based in Spokane, WA for a Personal Risk Insurance Advisor. In this role, you will provide personalized advice on insurance policies, assess client needs, develop tailored risk management strategies, and assist clients with coverage decisions. You will also ensure excellent customer service, maintain client relationships, and stay informed on relevant industry trends and regulations.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Insurance, Finance, and Consulting
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent Communication skills, including listening, explaining complex concepts, and providing clear recommendations
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Licensing or willingness to obtain relevant insurance certifications
• A commitment to providing personalized and ethical service to clients
