Corporate Paralegal
Washington, D.C. | Hybrid | Full-Time
Pay Range $95,000 - $125,000
Our client is seeking a highly capable Corporate Paralegal to join their Political Law practice. This role supports regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and entity management for a diverse roster of politically active organizations, nonprofits, and campaigns.
What You’ll Do as a corporate paralegal:
- Prepare and file articles of incorporation, annual reports, and dissolutions
- Maintain corporate records and draft board meeting materials
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings with accuracy and independence
- Partner with attorneys on complex, time-sensitive compliance matters
What They’re Looking For in a corporate paralegal:
- 3-5+ years of corporate paralegal experience (law firm or in-house)
- Deep understanding of entity formation and corporate compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal oversight
- Background in political law or nonprofit filings is a plus
