Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in delivering excellent service to our plaintiff clients in the areas of insurance bad faith, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in civil litigation support, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness lists, and trial binders
• Manage court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Conduct factual and legal research as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred (insurance litigation a plus)
• Familiarity with both superior and federal court rules a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal case management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and capable of managing competing priorities under a busy caseload
