Job Description
As a Supply Planner at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our supply chain operations for assigned products. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and experience in supply planning, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. By orchestrating the development and implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives, you will optimize inventory levels and seamlessly meet customer demand. Your role in collaborating with cross‑functional teams will ensure accurate demand forecasting and performance monitoring, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through the identification and implementation of process improvements, you will elevate the overall efficiency of our supply chain, positioning it for sustained success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for accurate demand forecasting
- Monitor key supply chain performance metrics
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative supply chain strategies
- Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand
YOU MUST HAVE
- Supply Chain Experience.
- Experience in ERP systems and running an MRP.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Experience with Kinaxis/Rapid Response supply and inventory planning tools.
- APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi‑task, prioritize, and delegate.
- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000‑$81,000
. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
