Job Overview

As a Merchandiser at Swire Coca-Cola, you will ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. You will guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout each store. You will develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Schedule:

5:00 am–6:00 am start time, five 8‑hour shifts per week (overlap and weekends required).

Pay: $19.05 – $23.81 per hour.

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day using customer‑provided cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily; present labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first‑in, first‑out stocking system.
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building items according to instruction and schedules from supervisor or store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back‑stock areas in a safe, accessible manner. Prepare for return of any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within assigned routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance. (You are not responsible for transporting our products.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
