Facilities Coordinator – Urgent Hire!

Pay: $18.88 per hour

Location:

Spokane Valley, WA (Right off I-90)

Schedule:

Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours per week

Experience:

Administrative or clerical experience preferred. Highly active role requiring a lot of walking and movement. Not your ordinary desk job.

• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and facility operations
• Track schedules, work orders, and assets in CMMS
• Support preventative maintenance programs
• Distribute supplies and support daily operations
• Assist with reports, scheduling, and administrative tasks

• Stand or walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb, crouch, and work in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable with stairs and heights

• Age:
  Must be 21 or older (State I‑502 regulatory requirement)
• Education & Experience:
  
  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience
• Physical demands:
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift
