Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers.
Our teams work together in critical areas that leverage digital capabilities, technology and operational excellence.
As a Releasing Coordinator at Caterpillar Inc., you will have the opportunity to learn from and contribute to a cooperative team. You will actively engage with facility management, clients, and dealers in the purchasing and releasing functions related to material requirements. You will build your practical expertise while learning material requirement planning and scheduling.

- Materials Planning
- Providing excellent customer service
- Read/write and interpret documents
- Perform a variety of clerical functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Available for same day, short-notice overtime
- Familiarity with material requirement planning, scheduling, purchasing and releasing functions related to material requirements
- Flexible to move between departments as needed
- Have basic keyboarding, typing skills and telephone skills
- Familiar with various office/warehouse systems
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
You’ll have the opportunity to work with dealers and multiple teams across Caterpillar (Cat Trade COE, Cat Insurance Services, Cat Legal, Division Compliance, and Distribution Services Divisions) to mitigate risk and ensure all aspects of warranty claiming comply with applicable regulations.

Summary Pay Range$20.90 - $27.10
