Position: PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager - Puget Sound Pipe & Supply Co. Puget Sound Pipe & Supply seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting wholesale and industrial customers across the Pacific Northwest. You will plan and execute projects spanning sales, operations, and logistics, ensuring complex orders and programs are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. In our family-owned, relationship-driven culture, you'll partner closely with branches, vendors, and major construction and industrial clients, using your technical aptitude, ERP/CRM skills, and process discipline to drive reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while growing your project leadership and business acumen in a stable, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects to support customer orders, branch initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets for wholesale and industrial distribution projects.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, purchasing, and logistics to ensure on-time, accurate project delivery.
  • Interface with key industrial, construction, and mechanical customers to clarify requirements and status.
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to meet service and cost targets.
  • Use ERP/CRM and project management tools to manage data, reporting, and communications.
  • Standardize and document processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and present project updates and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Coach team members on project coordination best practices and cross-department collaboration.
