The Maintenance Technician I/II performs routine facility and equipment maintenance, monitors and operates HVAC systems, and manages day‑to‑day coordination of building maintenance.

• Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, repair, install, replace, and service various types of facility equipment and systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and locksmith services.
• Maintain process water, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, boilers, WFI water treatment, and other equipment, including performing preventative maintenance and recording operational data.
• Perform routine checks and inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Evaluate equipment breakdowns and conduct mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Order and maintain replacement and spare parts for the facility and equipment.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of GMP, SOP, and FDA requirements.
• Perform snow removal as required.
• Document facilities maintenance requirements; create and maintain appropriate records in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Ensure proper care of resources and promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Interact with manufacturers, vendors, and operations to resolve issues and concerns.
