Pay: Flat rate with annual range of $90k-$140K

Schedule: Full time, exact schedule to be discussed  include some Saturdays.

• Our flat rate techs can consistently flag 80–150 hours every 2 weeks between Customer Pay, Warranty, and Internal work.
• If you can turn hours, you’ll get paid. No cap, no games. Just real work and real money. Flat rate pays based on experience and certifications. This is per-flag-hour pay, not hourly clock pay.

• Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM standards
• Flag hours on CP, warranty, and internal ROsComplete multi-point inspections and video walkarounds
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work
• Stay current on required OEM and Mopar training
• Maintain a clean and organized stall

• Minimum 3 year of professional technician experience (dealership preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Your own tools and toolbox
• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team
• Mopar or ASE certifications are a plus (but not required)
