Custodian

Overview

Custodian role at Jubilant Hollister Stier CMO — on-site, full-time in Spokane, WA.

• General cleaning of non-aseptic areas: offices, labs, front lobby, conference rooms, hallways, on-site and off-site warehouses, and the lunchroom.
• Handle routine and special requests by management.
• Waste disposal, floor cleaning (carpet, vinyl, VHT, concrete, epoxy), dusting, wiping, restroom cleaning.
• Understand proper use of equipment, cleaning chemicals and documentation required in accordance with cGMPs.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• 2 to 5 years related experience desired
• Limited / Elementary Vocational
• Ability to read and understand cleaning substances, tools and equipment operation instructions
• Ability to meet departmental and personnel goals and ensure clear communication and documentation of job activities
• 20/30 corrected near sighted
• Ability to lift 60 pounds unassisted
• Exposure to allergens
• Working in Confined Spaces, twisting, pushing and pulling

Weekday Day Shift, Monday-Friday. On-site, full-time in Spokane, WA.

• Hiring Wage: $18.86/hr, depending on experience, with opportunity for growth and annual raises
