Floor Cleaner

Floor Technician position provides the shampoo carpets, waxing, stripping, polishing and buffing floors.

$20.00- $20.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

This will be a 40hr a week job and may require overtime. The schedule will vary be day mornings / nights and you must be available to work any day of the week. We work around our customers availability.

The Utility/Floor Tech position provides the cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors clean.

• Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
• Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs.
• Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment.
• Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.
• Customer Service Experience.
• 1 year of similar work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
