Your role as a Field Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations for our Crossbore Team
. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of field teams, with a strong focus on labor productivity, safety compliance, quality control, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a background in utility or construction field operations, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

The Field Operations Manager will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and utility partners to ensure successful execution of cross bore detection, investigation, and remediation efforts.
