What You'll Do

* Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily goals

* Manage food safety, inventory, and labor efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

* At least 18 years of age

* Minimum of 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

* Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
