Are you a natural problemâsolver who loves keeping complex operations running seamlessly? Weâre looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to oversee all procurement and inventory management activities across multiple cultivation and retail locations in the Spokane Valley area.
In this critical operations role, youâll ensure every department â from cultivation to retail â has the supplies, materials, and resources needed to perform at their best. What Youâll Do- Oversee all purchasing, procurement, and inventory management activities across multiple sites.
- Source, track, and coordinate materials and operational supplies for cultivation, processing, facilities, and retail teams.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships â negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to maximize value.
- Implement and enforce efficient purchasing and inventory systems that promote accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including Accounts Payable
, to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments. - Monitor inventory levels and material usage to prevent shortages and maintain proper par levels.
- Maintain accurate crossâdepartmental tracking of materials to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Train, mentor, and lead staff in procurement and inventory procedures to build a highâperforming team.
- Recruit, coach, and manage employees â fostering professional growth, accountability, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISOâŻ9001 certification standards
, and operational safety protocols. - Identify and implement process improvements and costâsaving opportunities to enhance overall performance.
- Serve as a key operational leader supporting seamless daily operations across all facilities.
- Support R&D and facility projects as needed to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Must be 21 years or older
. - High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in supply chain management, business, or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in purchasing, maintenance, operations, or inventory management preferred.
- Valid Driverâs License and ability to be insured under company policy.
