What You'll Do
* Lead operations and build a culture of excellence
* Recruit, train, and mentor management teams
* Drive sales, control costs, and ensure profitability

Minimum Qualifications
* 3-4 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
* Strong leadership and coaching abilities
* Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
