Reporting to the CEO of Conair Group, Inc., the President will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, including flight operations, maintenance, facilities, supply chain, business development, customer relationships, human resources, and financial performance. As the senior executive responsible for Aero-Flite’s continued growth and operational execution, the successful candidate will lead a highly specialized aviation organization operating in complex, safety‑critical environments.

This role will oversee the expansion of domestic and international market opportunities, strengthen relationships with government agencies and regulators, nurture a high level of collaboration with the Canadian OEM and operational and executive teams at Conair, and ensure the organization continues to deliver industry‑leading safety, dispatch reliability, and customer service. Equally important, the President will serve as the public face of the organization, representing Aero-Flite with customers, elected officials, regulators, and key stakeholders across the aerial firefighting ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is an experienced pilot and a highly credible aviation executive with a proven track record leading complex operations, driving business growth, and building high‑performing teams in demanding environments. The successful leader will bring strong operational and commercial acumen, balanced by a highly collaborative, grounded, and approachable leadership style.
