Job Summary
Service Center Spokane - Downtown. Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to perform all‑purpose duties, including overall operation of the center, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role also involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining teammates; monitoring current and previous month’s financial performance metrics; and ensuring center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry standards.
Responsibilitiesand Expectations
- Oversee the overall operation of the collision center.
- Manage risk, teammate development, and client metrics.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and review previous month’s financial data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ensure vehicle repairs are conducted safely, thoroughly, and profitably according to SOP and industry guidelines.
- Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
- Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
- 3+ years of collision management experience.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
- Advanced understanding of collision estimating.
- Prior experience with CCC1 and an advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Strong prioritization skills and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Annual salary range: $90,000 – $120,000.
