Description

The Dispatcher is part of INWA Security operations, responsible for collecting, processing, documenting and disseminating information related to routine and emergency calls throughout the INWA Region. The role functions similarly to a public 911 center while also monitoring high‑risk areas using CCTV, alarms and access control systems.

• Within 90 days of hire: AVADE level 1 de‑escalation certification.

• Associate’s Degree.
• 1 year experience working in an environment with urgent or emergency conditions.
• 1 year Health Care experience.
• 1 year experience in a dispatching environment.
• 6 months experience with two‑way radio systems.

Pay Range: $17.97 – $26.92 per hour (additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
