Job Title: Vice President – Agent & Broker Services

Location: Continental US (Remote, with travel as required)

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving Growth and Strategy

  • Lead business development efforts across the agent & broker landscape, including driving new sales and partnership opportunities and leading a team of salespeople
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to target segments within the agent & broker landscape
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline while consistently achieving revenue goals
  • Identify and champion opportunities for innovating technology and services to enhance agency efficiency and growth

Engaging Clients and Building Relationships

  • Establish trusted relationships with agency executives, partner companies, and trade group leaders
  • Position Xceedance as a strategic partner through consultative engagement and tailored solutions
  • Represent Xceedance at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote agency-focused offerings
  • Work closely with internal teams — including operations, technology, and delivery—to design and implement client solutions
  • Share market insights to inform service development and innovation
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Background

  • 10+ years of experience in P&C insurance
  • Experience in some or all of these areas: independent agency operations, B2B sales, insurance company distribution management, agency technology, agency AI and automation
  • Proven success in driving growth through consultative sales and operational transformation
  • Deep understanding of agency workflows, lifecycle management, and the agent/carrier technology ecosystem
  • Ability to work remotely, with frequent domestic and occasional international travel required
