ABM is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead high-priority, rapid-deploy projects crucial to the expansion of Waymo's autonomous vehicle operations sites. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role requiring a seasoned professional who can swiftly mobilize resources, manage multiple concurrent projects, and ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of essential site infrastructure and services for one of our premier technology clients.

* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred

* At least 7 years of progressive project management experience, with a significant focus on facilities management, site infrastructure deployment, or corporate real estate projects

* Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume, rapid-turnaround site deployment or startup projects in a dynamic, high-tech, or industrial environment.

* Prior experience managing projects for large, globally recognized technology or autonomous vehicle companies (Waymo or similar client experience is a strong asset).

○ Expert proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Primavera).

○ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.

○ Deep understanding of facilities operations (e.g., mechanical, electrical, plumbing, janitorial systems).
