- Provide interim on-site leadership and strategic direction during staffing transitions to ensure operational continuity and performance stability
- Lead, coach, and develop site teams including Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and Leasing & Marketing Managers
- Oversee full property operations, including leasing performance, marketing execution, financial management, and resident experience
- Step into Property Manager responsibilities as needed, assisting with resident move-out, property turn, and move-in cycles
- Analyze budgets and monthly financial statements to maintain fiscal accountability and identify variances
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the student housing space
- 3+ years' experience as a Property Manager or in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of market competition, local businesses, and universities
- Excellent planning and team management skills
- Exceptional communication skills with residents, team members, and senior management
- Proven track record as a driven individual and true team player
- Eagerness to deliver the best resident experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent customer service and resident relations abilities
Willingness to travel up to 75% and live within 1 hour of a major airport
