• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.

• Monitor and track project budget against actual expenses.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Asana.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working with remote or virtual teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in the software development industry.
