Salary Range: $25.00 - $26.00 Hourly
Supervisor, Operations
Day in the Life- Lead team meetings with enthusiasm
- Communicate expectations and set goals for individuals and team
- Train, develop, coach and mentor team members
- Ensure tasks are completed within the allotted time to meet departmental goals
- Oversee Safety expectations are met
- This position is paid semi monthly.
- You will receive benefits after 60 days of employment such as Medical, Dental, and Vision with our 3rd party agency

- Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision
- Effectively plan and organize the work of their team, including tasks, schedules, and attendance
- Effectively communicate with their team, as well as with other departments both in written and verbal form
- Effectively identify and solve problems that may arise to include adapting to change in requirements
- Ability to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure that the completion of assigned tasks
- Ability to build positive relationships and encourage others
- Flexibility with schedule and ability to work any shift
- Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch on concrete flooring
- Must be able to routinely lift or move objects up to 75 pounds alone and team lift objects over 75 pounds
- Working in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday
