Temporary Scanning Clerk – Knudtsen Foothills, Spokane, WA
Temporary Scanning Project – Pay Rate: $17.00/hour - $18.00/hour.
Schedule:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

This position is a temporary scanning role expected to end in approximately 90 days. As an employee you are expected to follow and abide by all applicable policies and processes in place at Knudtsen Foothills.
Responsibilities- Scan documents required for digital storage.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Dependability and punctuality required.
- Must be self‑motivated and hard-working.
- Must be able to work on a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and ability to learn database management software.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug test; also subject to reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing, random drug testing and post‑accident drug testing at the company’s request.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The work environment is generally a quiet office setting and may require occasional visits to dealership departments such as Sales and Service.
