Assistant Store Manager

Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting new team members.

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Maintain focus on individual and team standards for performance.
• Develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members.
• Enforce Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Base pay range: $17.13 – $21.30 per hour plus commission on sales. Final pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.
