We're excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Spokane office! As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Home Care Supervisor to help us expand our mission and bring Outstanding Care, No Exceptions to even more families throughout Eastern Washington.

The Home Care Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in supporting caregivers, clients, and branch operations. This position is responsible for managing an assigned caseload while ensuring clients receive exceptional care and caregivers receive the coaching, support, and resources they need to succeed.
Working closely with Recruiting, and Branch Leadership, the Home Care Supervisor ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, caregiver engagement, and an exceptional experience for both clients and caregivers.
Compensation75,000 - $80,168 annually based on experience

- Supervise and support an assigned caseload of caregivers and clients.
- Conduct caregiver supervisory visits, performance coaching, and routine check-ins.
- Complete client assessments and ongoing quality assurance visits.
- Develop, review, and update client care plans as needed.
- Scheduling to ensure appropriate caregiver placement and staffing coverage.
- Respond promptly and professionally to caregiver and client concerns while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Monitor caregiver compliance with company policies, state regulations, certifications, and training requirements.
- Assist with caregiver onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing development.
- Support branch initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and recognition.
- Maintain accurate documentation within Well Sky, ADP, and company systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and support branch performance goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA privacy regulations.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
