Provide accountable field leadership for striping operations through the Striping Foreman role by protecting safety, production, and work quality.

You will own:

• Day-to-day striping operations execution across crew, equipment, layout, and jobsite communication
• Crew accountability for production pace, safe work, and finished quality
• Jobsite coordination that keeps work moving without confusion, downtime, or preventable rework
• Field decisions that protect schedule, labor output, and customer expectations
• Equipment readiness and daily operational discipline before production starts
• Clear communication between the field, customers, and internal leadership when conditions shift
• The standard your crew is known for when the job is complete

We provide commercial pavement, maintenance and proprietary winter services to property managers, facility managers, commercial owners, HOAs and general contractors.

You do not need to be an asphalt expert on day one. We put you through an intensive two-week onboarding program including industry-specific training and training on our proprietary systems and software.
