General Manager; Mfg​/Dist​/P&L Responsibility

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary, with 25-50%+ real bonus potential

A mid-sized ($50MM+), well-established and growing manufacturer/distributor is seeking an experienced General Manager to take on full P&L responsibility for the organization, including its sales team. This is a #1 role with significant upside growth potential, offering the chance to help lead the company to its next stage of growth within an attractive, entrepreneurial culture.

• Own full P&L responsibility for the business
• Manage and lead all manufacturing and distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 FTEs)
• Further implement and leverage a lean culture and work environment
• Develop and manage against a strategic/tactical plan and budget

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean principles, and strategic/tactical planning
• Full P&L experience
• Excellent leadership, management, and people development experience

• Salary range of $150,000 - $200,000
• 25-50%+ real bonus potential
