The Sterility Test Specialist will perform all duties in the Sterility Testing area as a critical aspect in the manufacture of injectable products.

• Prepare samples, perform sterility tests (preferable), and record results.
• Perform Medial Fill inspections and report progress.
• Perform Sterility Test inspections and report progress.
• Manage component and testing material supplies.
• Initiate SOP changes and review validations.
• Assist with investigations as required.
• Receive log and track samples to ensure timely testing; manage and enter data into the sterility test database.
• Prepare training documentation and review paperwork.
• Provide leadership and training for Sterility Test Technicians.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of aseptic experience required, 5 years preferred.
• Experience must include animal husbandry, clean room gowning practices, and cGMP-based documentation skills.
• Must reliably follow written SOPs and have good computer skills.
• Documentation must be complete and accurate to avoid production release delays.
• Manual dexterity required.
• 20/30 corrected near-point vision required.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted to transfer media trays, WIP totes, etc. Required.
• Working in aseptic areas required.

Weekend days, Friday–Sunday E/O;
Thursday 6 am–6 pm.

This is an on‑site, full‑time position located in Spokane, WA.

• Hiring wage: $30.99–$41.93 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
• Shift differential pay is available for this position and is determined by hours worked on selected shift.
• Weekend day shift: 12‑hour shift.
