Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to support efficient and compliant production processes through the execution of critical tasks, including completion of onboarding, equipment assembly and usage, extractions, cleaning, and documentation. The role ensures adherence to hygiene and safety standards, proper handling of specialized tools such as manometers and scales, and accurate documentation practices. This position plays a vital role in ensuring product integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness by maintaining high standards in gowning, equipment sanitization, and procedural compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in on boarding and training activities to ensure readiness for all job function.
  • Properly use hoses, ports, and other specialized equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
  • Clean dishes, tools, and work areas to maintain a sterile and organized environment.
  • Accurately use scales and manometers for measurements and monitoring.
  • Perform basic arithmetic functions, including the accurate calculation of percentages.
  • Assemble, operate, and maintain equipment as required for production tasks.
  • Adhere to gowning, hygiene, and scrub requirements to ensure aseptic conditions.
  • Follow aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during all procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all job functions to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Accurately document production processes and data in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Issue and manage documentation related to production and quality control.
  • Perform decasing process following established protocols.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Pharmaceutical Experience and FDA Regulated Industry Experience desired
  • Working knowledge in Mechanical Aptitude required
  • 14/14 Corrected Near-Point required
  • Respirator Clearance Required
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds above shoulders unassisted required
  • Repetitive Activity required
  • Pushing, Pulling ,Twisting, Prolonged Sitting and Standing required
  • Exposure to Allergens required

Shift: Weekday days, Monday-Friday

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

Benefits
  • Hiring Wage: $25/ hr.
  • This position is eligible for a shift premium of $2.00 per hour worked between 3pm and 11pm, and $2.50 per hour worked between 11pm and 7:30am.
  • This position is eligible for an aseptic premium of $2.00 per hour worked in qualifying aseptic areas.
